Water Services

Section 404 of the Clean Water Act authorizes the regulation of the discharge of materials into Waters of the United States. The program is administered by the Army Corps of Engineers through Navigation and Navigable Waters regulations 33 CFR 320-338.

Each environmental staff person has a Master’s degree in their field of experience in their area of specialty.
