KEA Group’s Construction Services Group provides construction phase services including project management, constructability reviews, post-construction reviews, and field inspections for County Governments and State Department of Transportation agencies in the southeast. Our firm is currently a team member on the Gainesville, Cartersville, and Tennille, GDOT District-Wide CEI contracts and our staff has managed a GDOT District Wide CEI Program for the Thomaston District as well as a Clayton County SPLOST CEI Project Contract. During her tenure at FHWA, Ms. Kennedy was appointed Acting FHWA Transportation Manager responsible for managing the $530 million statewide construction and statewide Federal-aid environmental clearances programs.
